- To be eligible for an AMA Professional Motocross License with a Supercross Lites endorsement, riders must earn at least 100 points in AMA Pro/Am motocross events. Riders will be eligible for a Motocross only license with at least 80 AMA Pro/Am Motocross points.
- Points must be earned in a single class (250/Lites or Open/Motocross). Points cannot be combined between the two classes.
- Points can be accumulated in any AMA Pro/Am MX events in any region.
- All Pro/Am points must be earned in a 12 month period. (Ex. Mar. 07 to Mar. 08)
- At Pro/Am events run in conjunction with a Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifier, points will be awarded in both the “A” and Pro Sport classes.
- Pro/Am Motocross points cannot be combined with points earned in the AMA Arenacross Series.
